Phase Switching Business Blueprint to Realization “Gading Project”

BATURAJA, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk has done the switching phase of Gading Project on May 8, 2018 at Wisma Ganesha Building, Baturaja. This phase switching marks the end of the business blueprint phase and the commencement of realization phase.

Mr. Rahmad Pribadi as the President Director of SMBR and other directors (Mr. Dede Parasade – Finance Director, Mr. Daconi – Director of Production and Development, Mr. M. Jamil – Marketing Director, Mr. Amrullah – Director General & Human Resources) inaugurated the phase change of ERP implementation of SAP Gading Project in the event.

There are four agendas in the event, such as:

  1. Presenting the Documentary Video of the Gading Project (Project Preparation-Business Blueprint)
  2. Presentation By Mr. Rahmad Pribadi (President Director of SMBR) and Mr. Bernat M.P (Manager Sales Telkom Indonesia)
  3. The Signing of Commitment Board & Embedding PIN to Gading Agent
  4. Award Gading (Blueprint Workshop Best Participants & Photo Contest)

Phase Switching Business Blueprint to Realization “Gading Project”

BATURAJA, SMBR telah melaksanakan Switching Fase Gading Project pada tanggal 8 Mei 2018 di Gedung Wisma Ganesa, Baturaja. Switching fase ini menjadi tanda berakhirnya fase Business Blueprint dan penanda dimulainya fase Realization.

Pada acara tersebut, Bapak Rahmad Pribadi selaku Direktur Utama SMBR dan jajaran direksi lainnya (Bapak Dede Parasade – Direktur Keuangan, Bapak Daconi – Direktur Produksi dan Pengembangan, Bapak M. Jamil – Direktur Pemasaran, Bapak Amrullah – Direktur Umum & SDM) bersama manajemen Telkom meresmikan pergantian fase Implementasi ERP SAP Gading Project tersebut.

Dalam acara ini terdapat beberapa agenda, seperti:

  1. Menayangkan Video Dokumenter Perjalanan Gading Project (Project Preparation-Business Blueprint)
  2. Paparan Oleh Bapak Rahmad Pribadi (Direktur Utama SMBR) dan Bapak Bernat M.P (Manager Sales Telkom Indonesia)
  3. Penandatanganan Commitment Board & Penyematan PIN kepada Gading Agent
  4. Award Gading (Blueprint Workshop Best Participants & Photo Contest)
