Mini Soccer Friendly Match: Management and Employees Strengthen Togetherness in Fun Match

BATURAJA – In an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and togetherness, the management and employees of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) as a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) held a “Fun Match” match which took place on SMBR’s mini soccer field on Tuesday (20/8). This event took place on SMBR’s new mini soccer field and was a moment to strengthen relations between management and employees and test the company’s newest sports facilities.

The match, which started at 07.30 WIB, was fierce but still filled with laughter, showing high sportsmanship from both teams. The management team led by SMBR Main Commissioner Alex Iskandar Munaf with team members including Commissioner Inosentius Samsul, Main Director Suherman Yahya, Operations Director Muhammad Syafitri, and Director (Finance & HR Function) Rahmat Hidayat faced the Employee Team. Both teams played with passion, showing their best abilities on the field.

Chief Commissioner Alex Iskandar Munaf stated that the new mini soccer facility was part of the company’s efforts to encourage a healthy lifestyle among employees. “This mini soccer facility is a strategic step for the company to support employees’ healthy lifestyles. We hope that with this new sports facility, all employees can be more active and healthy, as well as increase team spirit inside and outside the work environment.”

Commissioner Inosentius Samsul added, “Through this event, we want to show that good relationships between management and employees are the key to the company’s success. “Active participation in activities like this will strengthen team cohesion and increase work productivity,” he added.

In line with that, Rahmat Hidayat, who is also the Trustee of the SMBR Sports and Arts Development Agency (Baporkes), said that the new mini soccer facility is not only a place to exercise, but also a space to strengthen relationships between employees and management.  “We are committed to continuing to provide facilities that support the health and welfare of all parties in the company,” he said. 

It is hoped that the spirit of togetherness formed in this event will continue and have a positive impact on performance and relationships between employees. (*)
