Semen Baturaja Getting the Best State Own Enterprises Predicate 2016

Jakarta, Commitment of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk, to always be the best, getting appreciation again. Semen Baturaja was awarded 2016’s Best State Own Enterprise Category of Non-Financial Sector Cement Industry in the event the Indonesian Financial Figures, 2016. The event was held in Soehanna Hall, Wednesday, December 15, 2016, was attended by the Head of Representative Office Mr. Mirza Yudiresman.

Award as the best company is given based on the acquisition value of the highest rates of the eight criteria, ie annual return, sales growth for three consecutive years, net operating margin, return on equity (ROE), asset turnover (ATO), volatility, liquidity share, and operating profit growth for three years.

The award is organized by Investor Magazine is followed by state-owned enterprises, finance, securities, and bonds. The assessment process focused on innovation and business strategies as well as considering the good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Companies that participated, assessed by board of jury, consisting of experts in finance and financial practitioners.

Jakarta – December 7, 2016, Located in the Mawar Ballroom Balai Kartini have organized the event Indonesia GCG Award 2016 from the Economic Review in collaboration with IPMI International Business School. Semen Baturaja Got Environment Management Award by The Mayor of Palembang

Located on official residence of the Mayor of Palembang, was held an event of cadre stabilization environmental through program to increase people participation in controlling the environment in order to “Palembang Emas”.

The event that held on Thursday, 15 September 2016 consist of clean the Kambang Iwak area, fashion show for recycled clothes, and auction for recycled clothes.

Semen Baturaja Gained the Rank 2 for Groups of Cement Business, Basic Industry & Chemical Sector in Listed Company Award 2016

PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk gained 2nd place for groups of Cement Business, Basic Industry & Chemical Sector. This award was received by the CEO Mr. Pamudji Rahardjo and accompanied by the Director of Finance Mr. Ageng Purboyo Angrenggono.

This award is given to the best open company in Indonesia is considered able to contribute significantly to the development of business and the economy in the country. Through this award, each company is expected to be encouraged to improve achievement and its critical role in national economic development, through increased performance, professionalism, and competitiveness of enterprises.

Rating based on financial performance in 2015 using the method of calculation and analysis of data obtained from the Public Website, Annual Report 2015 and from a variety of sources. Jakarta, October 20, 2016 at the Shangri-La has held the awards ceremony Infobank BUMN Awards 2016.

The event was initiated by Infobank Magazine as part of efforts to encourage state-owned enterprises to continuously improve the management of the well and the award is given based on the best performance in each industry, as well as financial performance period 2014-2015

Ranked 122 SOEs version Infobank 2016, produced 58 companies predicated as “Excellent”. The main assessment in the rating is based on the growth of the business and key financial ratios. In this award PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk secured the title of “Excellent”, in the category “Cement industry”.

This award is given directly to the President Director of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk  Mr Pamudji Rahardjo, who was accompanied by Director of Finance Mr. Ageng Purboyo Angrenggono.
