PALEMBANG – BATURAJA – PANJANG, Right on the 14th of November 2021 PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) to commemorate her birthday, which this year SMBR reached the age of 47 years old. Semen Baturaja Prepare the Construction Workers that Have High Competitiveness

PALEMBANG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) support the Training and Certification of the Construction Workforce in the activities of the training and Certification of Construction Workers Skilled Level in 2021, which work together with the Department of public works and human settlements of the City of Palembang and Hall Construction Services Region II Was the Ministry of PUPR

This event was attended by 360 participants of Construction Workers which took place from 25 – 30 June 2021 in the Head Office of Kertapati, Palembang.

In this activity, SMBR participate in giving material socialization through 5 variants Baturaja Mortar (plaster white, brick & stucco, ceramic tile adhesive, plaster grey, & pair of light brick).

Participants also applying Products Baturaja Mortar variant pair a light brick which this variant has the advantage can glue in just 30 seconds and thick application of only 5 mm to the participants of the training.

The award was given by the Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru to the Director of General affairs & Human Resources SMBR Amrullah on the Forum, the Investment Business Infrada Sumsel 2021 which took place at the Novotel Hotel, Palembang City, Monday (28/10).

The award, which is given as an appreciation and concern for the SMBR to SMES, especially in South Sumatra.{}

SMBR will continue to support the growth and development of SMES in Indonesia and also encourage the creation of ecosystems in the Development of SMES through training facilities and digitization.{}

LAMPUNG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) and the State Attorney Bandar Lampung Signed a Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding/ Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) About the Handling of Legal Issues the Field of Civil and administrative Law of the Country.

Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Director of SMBR Jobi Triananda Hasjim and the Head of State Attorney Bandar Lampung Abdullah Noer Deny that was held on Thursday (24/10) in the State Attorney’s Office in Bandar Lampung.

The purpose of this MoU is to optimize the implementation of tasks and functions of the parties to the settlement of the problem of Civil and administrative Law of the Country, and aims to improve the effectiveness of the handling of legal issues in the Field of Civil and state administration faced Semen Baturaja.

The signing is very important to keep the company as an asset of the state and National Vital Object expected investment plans and operation can run smoothly.{}

Semen Baturaja Collaboration With HIPMI of south Sumatra To the Economic Progress of South Sumatra

PALEMBANG – On Thursday (24/10) PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) perform a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with HIPMI (Himpunan pengusaha Muda Indonesia) South Sumatra in the Event of the Inauguration of BPD (the governing Body of the Region) HIMPI south Sumatra located in Griya Agung, Kota Palembang.

This event was attended by the Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru and Chairman of the BPP HIPMI Mardani H. Maming and their staffs. The signing of this MoU is made by the Chairman of the BPD HIPMI Sumsel Hermansyah Mastari and Marketing Director SMBR Mukhamad Saifuddin witnessed by the Governor of South Sumatra.

Previous SMBR and HIPMI south Sumatra already held hearings and gathering on Thursday (07/10), which is housed in the Office of HIPMI south Sumatra, Palembang City

Semen Baturaja Distributes Oxygen to Pemkab OKU

BATURAJA – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk help distribute oxygen tubes and mask as one of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the Government of District OKU on the home page office of the Regent of OKU (07/10)

The event was attended by the Plh Regent OKU Drs. H. Edward Candra, M.H and Adi Oktaviandi as Vice President Operation as the representatives of the management of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The distribution of aid today is one concrete manifestation of the Company’s CSR Programs to work together to tackle the outbreak of Covid-19 in the District OKU.

Also present at the event, Assistant 1 Secretariat OKU, representing the Commander 0403/OKU, representing Kapolres OKU, Kalaks BPBD OKU, Sekdin Health OKU and Other invitees. The event was held to comply with the protocol Health.

The government of District OKU receive assistance 2000 masks and 25 oxygen tube that will be used for community in OKU District who are in need. This help is given because the government is experiencing problems over the limited availability of oxygen to the community.

“Despite the pandemic Covid-19 have experienced a significant decline. I am proud of the commitment and concern for the Semen Baturaja to the community District OKU amid the pandemic Covid-19.” Said Edward Candra.

The synergy that has been established between the PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with the Government of District OKU be a good cooperation to jointly care for the local community by providing the assistance and benefits for society in the current difficult times of a pandemic like this.

“On behalf of the Government and the community OKU District, we thank you for the help of oxygen, because the benefits are outstanding to help our brothers and our sisters who are exposed to Covid-19, God Willing, will be channeled through either the military/police and to the health centers in OKU.” he said.{}

BATURAJA – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) and the State Attorney Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding/ Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) About the Handling of Legal Issues the Field of Civil and administrative Law of the Country.

Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Director of General affairs & HUMAN resources SMBR Amrullah and the Head of State Attorney OKU Nana Anytha Idatua Hutagalung S.H., M.H. held at the Guesthouse Ganesha, Baturaja on Wednesday (15/09)

In addition, the Head of State Attorney OKU together with the Director of General affairs & HUMAN resources SMBR And Staff also conducted site Visits and Monitoring in The Factory of Baturaja.

The scope of this MoU is the provision of legal assistance, advisory and other legal acts necessary in the settlement of legal disputes in the field of civil and state administration faced Semen Baturaja.

The MoU is an extension of the memorandum of cooperation the previous has ended. Very important to keep the company as one of the assets of the state and national vital object.

It is expected that with the signing of the cooperation, investment plans and the Company’s operations can run smoothly.{}
